So I figured I might as well use this blog feature on the site in a completely random, but hopefully regular basis. I will just update what I'm playing, and any thoughts I have regarding the gaming world in general.
Its been an interesting couple of days. I was nearly drowned in my apartment, due to a small flood caused by a washing machine malfunction, but thankfully I pulled through.
As you all know, we've been hearing a lot about heavy rain for quite some time. Nobody really knew exactly what it was at first, but its shaped up to be something very unique, though not new in idea. I would like to share my thoughts on this upcoming game, due out next week.

You know, as the release of MAG approaches, I've seen in comments, and heard people utter that most popular of phrases. "Its just ripping off COD!" Its obviously just a call of duty clone right? Hell, if you like the Call of Duty series, it's your civic duty to troll everything MAG, and if possible do physical harm to the testicles of all of those who support such a blatant copy of what is the all time greatest game in the history of mankind. In judging this category, I have a few criteria. There needs to be a substantial amount of hype built up around the title in question. It almost certainly has to be a first party exclusive in order to accomplish this hype barrage. There is no gaming fan like the corporate sheep, who will latch on to a title based on exclusivity alone. The title needs to have a large budget and a fair amount of advertising. Lastly, there needs to be a good amount

This may be a bit late, but I didn't feel an urgent need to proclaim to the world my choice for 2009, as I would just be another small voice in the crowd of "experts", eager to clue you in on the last word in bets game of the year.
